TOKEN SALE PHASES

The token distribution strategy for SkyFleet Dash is structured across multiple phases, each designed to support a specific objective from initial fundraising and product development to community growth and liquidity provision. Below is a detailed overview of the token sale phases:

Private Sale

The private sale phase allocates 10 percent of the total SFDT supply, equating to 100 million tokens. This round targets early investors, strategic partners, and venture capital firms who share a long-term vision for supporting the growth of SkyFleet Dash . To encourage early commitment, private sale participants are offered SFDT at a discounted rate compared to the public sale price. To ensure price stability and prevent immediate sell pressure, tokens distributed during the private sale are subject to a six-month cliff, followed by a six-month linear vesting period. The primary goal of the private sale is to raise foundational capital for core product development, ecosystem infrastructure, and liquidity provisioning ahead of the public launch.

Public Sale (Launchpad)

Also representing 10 percent of the total supply, the public sale phase distributes another 100 million SFDT tokens. This phase is conducted through a trusted launchpad platform such as Binance Launchpad or Polkastarter, ensuring broad visibility and secure participation. The public sale sets the initial token price at $0.10 per SFDT, which establishes the market value of the token at launch. Participants must complete a whitelisting process, including Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, to join the sale ensuring regulatory compliance and platform integrity. In most cases, tokens will be unlocked at launch to provide immediate liquidity, though large allocations may include vesting terms to prevent volatility. The core objective of the public sale is to onboard a wide user base, inject liquidity into the ecosystem, and build a strong, decentralized community.

Community Airdrop and Incentives

To drive grassroots engagement and reward early contributors, a small portion of the total supply ranging from 1 to 2% is reserved for community airdrops and incentive programs. These tokens are distributed to early supporters, active community members, content creators, and users who participate in ecosystem-building initiatives such as referrals, social media campaigns, or in-game engagement. The purpose of the airdrop phase is to generate initial excitement, incentivize user participation, and recognize those who contribute meaningfully to the early success of SkyFleet Dash.
