TOKEN SALE PHASES

The token distribution strategy for SkyFleet Dash is built around a presale-only model. SkyFleetDash conducts no public token sale at any point. The only post-presale acquisition path is gameplay-driven (GC→SFDT conversions). Below is a detailed overview of the presale phases and post-presale acquisition mechanism:

Presale (Rounds 1–3)

The presale allocates 10 percent of the total SFDT supply — 100 million tokens — distributed across three rounds with tiered pricing: Round 1 — Early Bird (30M SFDT at $0.05), Round 2 (35M SFDT at $0.06), and Round 3 — Final (35M SFDT at $0.07). Hard cap: $8,000,000. Participation requires KYC verification and is settled exclusively in USDT on BNB Smart Chain. Minimum purchase: $50. Maximum: $25,000 per wallet. To ensure price stability and prevent sell pressure at launch, presale tokens follow a cliff-until-TGE schedule — zero tokens are released at TGE. Post-TGE, tokens vest linearly over 6 months with monthly releases. The presale is the sole fundraising channel for core product development, ecosystem infrastructure, and liquidity provisioning.

No Public Sale

SkyFleetDash will conduct no public token sale after Presale Round 3 closes. There is no launchpad listing, no IDO, and no further direct sales of SFDT. The listing price at TGE is subject to organic market discovery; the $0.10 conservative target reflects the Round 3 price, not a guaranteed listing print.

Post-Presale Acquisition: Game Rewards Pool (GC→SFDT)

Once the presale closes, the only way to acquire SFDT is through gameplay. Players earn Game Currency (GC) by participating in multiplayer races and convert it to SFDT at a base rate of 1,000 GC = 1 SFDT. Daily earning is capped at 500 SFDT per wallet, with a global emission ceiling of 5,000,000 SFDT per month. Converted SFDT is subject to a 30-day lock followed by 3-month linear vesting. This model ties token supply expansion to real player activity rather than speculation.

Community Airdrop and Incentives

To drive grassroots engagement and reward early contributors, a portion of the Community & Marketing bucket (5% of total supply / 50M SFDT) funds community airdrops and incentive programs. These tokens are distributed to early supporters, active community members, content creators, and users who participate in ecosystem-building initiatives such as referrals, social media campaigns, or in-game engagement.
